Avista Energy Efficiency Rebate ProgramS

Bill’s Heating & A/C works directly in the Avista Natural Gas and Electrical programs. Homeowners who live in Idaho and Washington are now eligible to enroll in these rebate programs when they work with Bill’s to install a new, energy-efficient heating and cooling system.

Because of our direct partnership with Avista, we make sure that our customers get easy access to these programs so that they get approved and save right away. We’ve done over 5000 full home electric to natural gas conversions over the past five years in Kootenai, Spokane, Bonners, Shoshone Counties.
